COMPANY

The company was founded in May 1997, by Gündüz Tezel, Basri Batıkarayel and Gökhan Özakıncı.   Levent Özbilen, who is the fourth member of the management team, became a partner of the company in 1999.

In 1998, the company was selected as a sole partner of Assurex Global in Turkey and also started to cooperate with, G&A, UK, in relation to PI schemes.  In 1999, it became the correspondent for A.G. Accociates Jordi Vinyes.   In 2002, it began a cooperation with Miller Group, Japan & UK.

In 2005 the company was selected as the sole agent in Turkey for Sompo Japan (SJE), for EQUA and for CMGL in relation to Shell claims operation in Turkey.   It also became the correspondent for UNISON Brokers AG in Turkey.
