THE COMPANY

PT RAS Actuarial Consulting (RAS Consulting) is a member of PT Rynest International, which provides management and business consulting services to corporate clients in Indonesia.  The other companies within the group include:

• PT Rynest Consulting Group (RCG) - employee benefit consulting;
• PT Bumi Insurance Brokers - insurance broker services;
• PT Trinityre Reinsurance Brokers.

RAS Consulting was established in 2006 to provide actuarial services focusing on the valuation of retirement benefits in accordance with the local accounting standard (PSAK 24 revised 2004), International Accounting Standards and US GAAP.

RAS Consulting also provides advice on retirement plans, employee benefits and other deferred compensation plans to many of Indonesia’s largest organisations.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Core Actuarial Services

Actuarial liability calculation for pension plans;
Actuarial valuation of post employment benefits in accordance with PSAK 24 (local standard), IAS and US GAAP;
Design and review of pension plans (including for mergers and acquisitions);
Provider selection and negotiation for defined contribution plans/DPLK (Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan).
