MaKLeR Insurance Brokers was founded in 1995 by Mr Kay Boetticher, a chemical engineer and MBA with 19 years experience in the insurance market.  In 1999 the company started offering advice on employee and labour medical services, dental and pediatric networks, TPA and employer and employee benefits.
