Located in the capital of China, we are a benefit & insurance consulting and brokering company providing advisory, administration and placement services to Chinese private sector and international business. Since our establishment in 2002, the first year after China's WTO accession, we have witnessed great changes and growth in the insurance market and of course in our own team.

We focus on the Chinese private sector and middle sized international companies in China. Buoyed up by the strong growth of the China market, our aim is to identify companies which have potential, and then to invest in building up our long term commitment.

Our business model is centered in the combination of professional advisory, advanced IT platform and competitive marketing. Instead of selling ‘products’, we provide solutions  by addressing the client’s perceived need of benefit planning, administration and procurement. On that basis, we act in the best interests of the client to sell the risk to the insurance market on the most competitive terms.
We have a dedicated team of 20+ professionals, covering HR, insurance, IT and legal background. We work from both Beijing and Guangzhou of China. A Shanghai office will open soon.
