THE COMPANY

Benefit Advisors Oy was established by Benny Tuomolin in November 2005.  He was later joined by Anna Grotenfelt as Partner. They have an average of more than 25 years experience of Insurance and Benefit Consulting. The company's senior advisors include specialists experienced as HR Executives, General Counsels and CFOs of quoted international companies.  

Since 1 September 2008, brokers have not been allowed to accept commission from insurers.  As consultants, Benefit Advisors continues to provide services relating to insurances, compensation and employee benefits, together with advice on mergers and acquisitions, and coaching/mentoring for new personnel managers and CFOs. Risk management services can also be provided.
